Continuous Chocolate Temperature Adjuster
The Continuous Chocolate Temperature Adjuster is designed for processing the characteristics of natural cocoa butter and cocoa butter equivalent(CBE). The machine has a vertical structure where the chocolate mass is fed from the bottom by a #Chocolate Pump#. Then, the mass passing through the four temperature adjusting zones and one temperature holding zone. It outputs from the top of the machine. This process cristalizes the chocolate giving it a smooth taste and texture, with a long shelf-life.
