Newly-built Hefei-Fuzhou Railway (hereinafter referred to as "Fu railway") runs through the South-Central Province of Anhui, Eastern Jiangxi province and Fujian province in the Northeast. From Hefei city, Anhui Province in the North, chaohu, Anhui Province, Tongling, Wuhu, xuancheng, Huangshan, Shangrao city, Jiangxi province, Nanping, Ningde city, Fujian province, and finally, Fuzhou City, Fujian province. Passes through Huangshan, Wuyuan, sanqing mountain, Wuyi Mountain scenic area, known as "the most beautiful rail". After nearly 5 years of construction, Fu railway officially opened on June 28 operation.
In the whole line, which controls the project across the Yangtze River highway-railway bridge, Tongling,--a world-level bridge. Construction of the bridge started in 2010, across the river main bridge length of 1290 meters, with two five-span cable-stayed bridges, 630 m main span, refreshing the world highway-railway dual-purpose bridge span record, is opened to the world's largest long-span steel cable-stayed bridge.
