Typhoon “Whale” rage Hainan

On 23rd June, Qiong sea in Hainan, the 8th typhoon “Whale” has landed on Wanning City and Lezhen Town at about 16:50. The largest wind level in the center when landed is 10, the speed of it reaches 25 metres/second. Many places in Hainan suffer the attack of “Whale”.

In order to ensure the safety of students and teacher in Hainan, the government is decided to shut down school in the area.

There are over 42,075 people transferring from one place to another, including 38,674 fishermen, 2647 poultry feeders, 538 dangerous house staff, 159 low-lying area, 57 flood disaster suffered staff.
