Chocolate Master of China--Ji ShunYing
Miss Ji ShunYing, the first generation of chocolate technology master, the counselor of China Food Industry Association,
professional candy committee. She has been making research into chocolate technology for over 50 years. Now, she still doing
the chocolate research with whole heart at her eighties.
In the China chocolate(Suzhou)research center, she keeps on creating the better
special chocolate recipe of china and
even of the world.
She had won the world golden awards for her original way of producing cocoa in the very early age.
Her lab located in our factory in Suzhou, though the lab located in the good chocolate machine supplier china, she is independent
from the factory, every one in our factory respects her very much, not only she is a kind old chocolate lady, but also she has very
attractive personality.
