After 10-12 hours, the chocolate is grind to below 25 microns. The pump transfer the ground mass from the conche to the holding tank for the next step of molding and production. If it is real chocolate, a tempering machine is needed to adjust the temperature. The chocolate mass is transferred from the holding tank to the tempering machine by pump, and the tempered chocolate mass is transferred to the molding machine by pressure for forming.

The building would be a single storey building, covers approximately 2000 square feet (185 square meters), it is made of 20 feet (6 meters) 3D layers, then assembled in the later final shape forming process. Furnitures and most of the structures are manufactured by 3D printers. Dubai says that the 3D printing technology will significantly reduce construction costs, Dubai's skyline will have a faster development in the future.

Arab Cabinet Minister Mohamed Al Gergawi says the technology will reduce 50% ~70% the build time, while reducing 50% ~ 80% labor cost. He said in a statement: "3D technology will become the main creative power of architecture and design, this building is a very good evidence."
